put extra food on it.

you hungry and tempted to snack all day. Eating smaller meals
throughout the day keeps your energy burning. If you skip meals your
body will start to starve.
Burn more calories than you intake – If you burn about 500 calories more than what you eat you could lose up to 2 pounds a week.
Vegetables – Eat plenty of vegetables to keep necessary vitamins in your system and also feel full.
Water – Drinking water is not only healthy for you but it helps you feeling full.
Write it down – Get in the habit of
keeping a journal. You can download food journal sheets to guide you.
They should include what you eat, the time, your mood, and exercise
information.
Cut out the sugar – Decreasing your
sugar intake will decrease the calories. This does not mean to ban sugar
from your diet. If you do so you could go into a sugar binge.
Treat yourself – Once a week, treat
yourself to a small reward for being on track with your weight loss
goals. This could be a children’s serving of ice cream or 5 Hershey’s
kisses throughout the day.

Losing weight may not be something you
can do alone. You can find an exercise partner or join an eating and
dieting support group. You may need professional weight loss help. Your
doctor can offer healthy advice and guidance. They may even refer you to
a therapist to find the root of your overeating problems. Some people
have even tried hypnosis for weight loss.
So stop thinking about weight loss.
There are many weight loss plans and techniques on the market. Some
promote healthy options and others do not. Examine each method carefully
by reading reviews and thinking them through. Plans that promise
results in a week are obviously scams and unhealthy as well. Take action
